Eligibility

  • The candidate should be a citizen of India
  • The candidate should have passed in D. Pharm. course from an Institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 (8 of 1948)
  • Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

  • S.S.C. Passing Certificate*
  • H.S.C Marksheet*
  • H.S.C. Passing Certificate*
  • Leaving Certificate/TC*
  • D. Pharm all Mark sheet Passing (If Applicable).
  • Caste Certificate for Category Student*
  • Caste Validity Certificate for Category Student*
  • Income Certificate of Financial Year*
  • Migration Certificate/Equivalency Certificate (If Applicable).
  • Non-Creamy layer Certificate (VJ, NT1, NT2, NT3 & OBC including SBC) (If Applicable).
  • EWS Certificate Current Academic Year (If Applicable)
  • Gap Certificate (If Applicable).
  • Aadhar Card Xerox copy of Student*
  • Passport Size Photo*
