Rules

1. Students enrolled in the

Diploma in Pharmacy course in Kalyan Dombivli Maharashtra

must carry their identity cards at all times and present them when requested.

2. Regular attendance and punctuality are required for all students in the

Diploma in Pharmacy course in Kalyan Dombivli Maharashtra

, both for theoretical and practical sessions.

3. A minimum of 100% attendance is mandatory throughout each academic year for theory, practical sessions, and other activities related to the Diploma in Pharmacy course in Kalyan Dombivli Maharashtra. Exceptions may only be granted with prior approval from the Principal and the student’s guardian. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in disqualification from exams.

4. Parent attendance at parent meetings is compulsory.

5. Parents are responsible for monitoring the academic performance and progress of their children.

6. The use of tobacco in any form (smoking, gutkha, pan, masala) and chewing gum is strictly prohibited on the premises.

7. Mobile phones and tablets are not allowed in classrooms and laboratories.

8. Students must avoid any actions that may damage college property. Any damage caused will require compensation.

9. Students are not permitted to leave the campus during college hours without prior permission from the concerned authority.
10. Wearing the prescribed uniform and apron during college hours is mandatory for all students.

11. Students are forbidden from engaging in antisocial activities or forming groups that could harm the college’s reputation, inside or outside the campus.

12. The fee structure set by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti, Govt of Maharashtra, is final. Any arrears must be cleared by the student.

13. These rules of conduct apply equally to hostel residents.

14. Students are bound by the rules mentioned above, which are subject to change or modification.

15. The Principal reserves the right to modify these rules as necessary, and their decisions will be final and binding.

16. Ragging in any form is prohibited by law. Any student found engaging in ragging will be expelled from the college and will face disciplinary action under the Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999.
